Founder

Carries over 35 years of hands-on experience in olive tree cultivation, a lifelong bond with the groves that began in his early childhood. Growing up surrounded by olive trees instilled in him a profound respect for the tree, the natural environment, and the purity of agricultural products.
His instinctive understanding of the olive tree’s lifecycle, combined with the discipline and knowledge gained through decades of work, drives his commitment to producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the highest possible standards.

An Agronomist (iMSc) specializing in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, brings expertise in quality attributes, chemical composition, and scientifically documented health benefits. Early in his career, he focused on quality control at every stage, from cultivation to production, ensuring a natural, purity-driven approach to olive tree management. He is committed to highlighting and sharing the value of Extra Virgin Olive Oils crafted with care, respect, and full transparency.
