For me, the olive tree has always been more than a crop — it has been a companion in every stage of life. Growing up in Kalivia, Asterousia, I witnessed the passing seasons, the patience required by nature, and how every small detail defines the final harvest. For over 30 years, I have cultivated these trees, knowing each plot and each olive grove as part of my own story.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of our terroir and taught me to combine traditional respect for the land with practices that ensure balance, purity, and vitality in every drop of olive oil. That is what makes TOPOS so special.

What drives me is devotion: a devotion to the olive tree, to the soil of Crete, and to the family heritage that spans generations. It is this devotion that guides my work and inspires me to preserve and share the authentic flavor of our land.
