Greek Salad – Horiatiki

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, cut into a thick slab or cubes
  • A handful of Kalamata olives
  • 3–4 tbsp TOPOS Premium EVOO
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Sea salt, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and cut the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and onion. Arrange them in a large shallow bowl or platter.
  2. Add feta and olives: Place the slab of feta cheese on top. Scatter the Kalamata olives around the plate.
  3. Season and dress: Sprinkle oregano and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle generously with TOPOS Premium EVOO, letting it bring the salad together.
