Traveling across Europe, the United States, and Asia, I was genuinely surprised by the quality of many olive oils and food products available on mass-market shelves. What I found abroad often fell short of the high standards, purity, flavor, and aromatic richness we take for granted in Crete — products we know, trust, and select with both technical expertise and cultural understanding.

This experience deepened my commitment to combating adulteration and the unethical practices that still affect the global food industry. As an Agronomist, I see it as my duty to safeguard the integrity of traditional products and to showcase the true value of authentic, natural food. My mission is to ensure that consumers everywhere have access to olive oils crafted with care, respect, and complete transparency — oils that genuinely reflect the land and the people behind them.
